Topic: access forbidden

When I try to use my s/g for processing mailforms I always get Forbidden - access denied after I hit the submit button.  How do I change permissions on the console?

Howdy!

cd to the directory containing the mailform file,
then try: chmod 755 filename.
(In my configuration its mailform.pl.)
