Topic: inbox renamed - no incoming mail

One of my clients decided to rename all the mail boxes in webmail - I've recovered from sent-mai and drafts boxes, but the inbox doesn't receive any new email.

I'm not sure what the problem is but I'd probably start by backing up their files, deleting the user, re-creating them and restoring their files.
