Firewall script...where???

Where do I find the firewall script that the system starts up with. My problem is that I want to modify the firewall script somewhat to suit a few of my other needs.
Can anyone tell me where it is located..?
Thanks in advance

/etc/rc.d/init.d/masq, but don't modify it. It's templated. You'll need to use the custom templates interface.
