Topic: Chroot not working correctly

Hi,
I'm a nooby to this, so please bear with me.  I installed dungog's chroot on my 5.6 and it isn't working correctly.  I enable chroot and specify their home directory and restart the ftp server but users are still able to access above their home dir.  However, the highest they can go seem to be only be /home/e-smith/files.  So something seems to be right but not all the way.
Can someone please help?

where did you download chroot ? i have been looking on dungog's and i dont find it...
