Topic: Mail not sending or recieving

email was working fine untill just now and it wont send and recieve, the only thing I can find is the below messang in /var/log/qmail/current - I can see the mail on my ISP's server but is is not coming down. And sent mail is just sitting in the queue....

Any help greatly appreciated.

qmail couldn't (at that time) resolve the hostname brightwell.co.uk.

I am quite confused by this one, I have the SME box setup with multidrop and send via my isp's smtp server as I don't have a fully qualified domain name a lot of isp's wont accept mail straight from my box. I tried pinging brightwell.co.uk and it was fine, so I pinged a few more all ok I pinged my isp nothing.....

I gave the SME box a reboot, all ok.....

Any thoughts?
