A few webmail questions

1: Can I get a calendar for webmail? Private and public. We are considering deploying it in a business environment so packages I have to pay for I am still interested in.

2: Can there be public folders like in an exchange server with webmail.
3: If we use outlook in the office and webmail for outside the office will the address books synchronize. If not is there a way to do this.
