Topic: SMTP security breach

I use SME 5.5 and somebody logged in to my server throug the smtp port and sent me a mail. How is this possible. The mail came from anonymous@mydomain.co.za. Please help.

This is possible because that's exactly how SMTP is supposed to work.  It isn't, as you suggest, a "security breach" (though if you thought it were, you should have e-mailed to smesecurity@mitel.com rather than posting here).
