Topic: Mail collection problem

I have set up around 8 SME servers for mail collection and file services all work exceptionally well except one. The only difference I can see is that it uses a modem dial-up instead of router connection, but this installation refuses to collect pop3 mail. SMTP is fine, and the server dials for mail on the approved schedule but does not collect mail. I cannot seem to "save" the password in the password box - perhaps this may be the problem?

System is SME 5.5

Anybody got any ideas?
