Topic: mail fails after adding new user

I thought I saw a thread with a similar theme but I cannot find it today using search.

I added a new user to SME 5.6 u4. Now a couple of mail accounts do not authorize when attempting to get mail. Does anybody remember the thread or have a suggestion?

I have restarted the server and the client boxes, on the vain hope that would straighten things out.
