Hi, Can anyone help.
I recently tried to install IPSEC VPN to Connect my Office SME5.6 box to my Home SME5.6 box.
Wanted to replace using the VPN connection I use from my home PC to the OFFICE SME5.6 box with a permanent VPN between my home gateway and office gateway. Anyway had lots of problems and after a few days of trying buisness needs required that I should revert back to the PC to server VPN.
I removed the defined VPN and Local network entry and then removed the Freeswan Modules using rpm -e. Rebooted.
The problem I have now is that I cannot even ping the remote IP of my office SME 5.6 gatewayfrom within my home networks or from my home SME 5.6 gateay. Access to the Internet is fine but packets just dont seem to being sent to the IP address of my Office Server. DNS resolves it OK. The OFFICE SME5.6 gateway is
www.altvision.com.au.
Has anyone any ideas what has gone wrong and how I would go about fixing it?
