Topic: removing users

When I set up my e-smith 5.5 server last year I had some test accounts that I removed using the web servermanager all was good till this year I wanted to use one of those names for a pesudoynms. I cant use it now after digging arround using mc I found the file /home/e-smith/accounts
It had the line

tina=user-deleted|City|Hamilton|Comp8><

so I could edit the file and save and do a reboot will e-smith rember the user tina or will I have to do somthing more drastic?
