hi ,

I new in the world of email server, but manage to setup SME 5.6 to host my own email server thru a fix IP list line . all local user with our office network are able to sent out going mail thru with SMTP setting   mail.singulus.com.sg.
My problem is that :-
*remote user that is using dialup and other ISP connect cannot sent out going mail thru SMTP setting mail.singulus.com.sg-the error code below would appear.

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'mail.singulus.com.sg', Server: 'mail.singulus.com.sg', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '500 Not implemented.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 500, Error Number: 0x800CCC62

appriciate any one who are experienced could help to give an explanation.
