I believe the mgetty+sendfax you want is here.  I don't know what the distinction between "-" and "+" is but it seemed to work ok.

ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/redhat-6.1/i386/RedHat/RPMS/mgetty-sendfax-1.1.21-2.i386.rpm

I found it on the e-smith web portal

I try to install mgetty-sendfax and get
failed dependencies mgetty = 1.1.21
 I try to install mgetty-1.1.21-2
 and receive
    module dependencies libgr-progs
I try to install lib-progs and get a huge list of modules which I cant find....

My head hurts...

dy installed
[root@e-smith Linux]# rpm -Uvh e-smith-dialin-0.2-1.noarch.rpm
error: cannot open file e-smith-dialin-0.2-1.noarch.rpm
[root@e-smith Linux]# rpm -e e-smith-dialin-0.2-1.noarch.rpm
error: package e-smith-dialin-0.2-1.noarch.rpm is not installed
[root@e-smith Linux]#
