I've installed and setup the BPALogin packages for the BIDS2 login for Telstras Big Pond Cable system.
Initially I was suffering the infamous 7 minute logout issues due to me installing the bpalogin 2.0+ instead of the the earlier working version. Anyway after switiching briefly back to 'normal' modem services and installing the 'proper' versions of bpalogin I thought everything was okay.
Now everything seems to go okay for 30mins or more before it seems to get itself into a 'weird state' where BPA seems to of logged out but doesn't realise it. All the 'net bound traffic is being bounced with the expected 'no route to path' messages but nothing is showing up in the logs (unlike the 7 minute problem of earlier).
Any ideas?
