Title: Logout of the admin console
Post by: Lloyd Keen on January 30, 2001, 05:05:44 PM
How do I logout from the admin console to prevent people from rebooting the server and changing settings (apart from rebooting the server). I dont usually have the console up but for those times when I need to check something out (uptime for instance :-))) I cant figure out how to exit from the screen.

You can't. What you need to do is to go through the console configuration wizard and choose "login" access to the console - you are currently set to "auto". After reboot, you will need to log in as "admin" to get the console program.

In version 4.1 the reboot will not be required.
