Title: Static IP

Could someone please give me a hint as to where I should be looking for to tell my e-smith 4.1 server to TELL the router it dials what IP address it should be using?
I asked this question before and I get the feeling that either I havn't explained myself well enough or this is a lame question no-one wants to answer..?!?
Any help would be great.. thankyou

Are you  dialing up?  If not and you have a static IP, I think I can help you.
