Title: e-smith 4.1 blocking access to external POP3 and ICQ

In 4 I was able to access my ISP's POP3 mail server via the gateway using Outlook 2000 and ICQ was able to establish a connection.

Now that I have upgraded to 4.1, neither of these work as they used to :(

Is there a change that I can make to get these to work, or do I have to go back to using 4?

There is definitely no problem using Outlook 2000 via a 4.1 gateway to external ISP POP3 or Exchange Server.  I don't use ICQ so can't comment on that.

Oops. a small typo in my gateway setup was the fault. I've switched to DHCP, shouldn't be a problem now :)
