Title: Weird problem...need confirmation

I have an odd problem, that is probably related to my network cards.  I recently switched my two network cards in my esmith server to a netgear (tulip) for local lan, and a 3com905b for my ethernet.
I have 2 computers behind esmith gateway, and when computer 1 is surfing the internet, everything is fine.  When computer 2 opens up a browser, it FREEZES esmith up....  very odd.  I have duplicated this process many times to confirm, and yes opening up a browser or any network function freezes esmith.  It only started with changing of the NICS.  So, should I get some new NICS?

Yes, I have standardized on 3com pci cards.
