I made no changes at my e-smith server and now the LAN speed was going down
from 3.5 MB/s to 0.5 MB/s.
I have a 3com 100 Mbit lancard inside my server. The server was ok after I have installed the 4.1.1 version 3 weeks ago. Since today the speed is slow.
I have no idea what had happend to it.
It's a AMD 380 Mhz with 160 MB RAM.
I tried another lancard and another switch and other cables. I refonfiguered the server but the problem is still there. I can't find any mistakes in the log files.
When I ping the server on his own he got this ping times:
ping -c 10 localhost
Warning: no SO_TIMESTAMP support, falling back to SIOCGSTAMP

What kind of warning is this?
Can someone help me with my problem to get the server be fast as it was ?

I don't know what it was, but everything is ok again with my server.
The full speed (3.5 - 4 MB/s) is available from all clients in the LAN when I access
files on the server.
About the warning I read something on the e-smith bug site. It is a little bug in 4.1.1 but it is ok.

PS: e-mith is a wonderful product and I don't want to miss it.
