Title: Problems after upgrading!

I followed the instructions at this page and upgraded my installation .....

ftp://ftp.e-smith.org/pub/e-smith/e-smith-4.1.2/4.1.1_updates

But now the problem is that I can't upload anything to my ftp server (even as admin).  I'm talking about uploading directly to the www root......

/home/e-smith/files/primary/html

It just won't allow me.

Also, how do I create an ibay that every user can read and write to?

I think there is a problem with the EM 4.1.2.
I did a upgrade to, now the PHP support does not work in the Primary HTML dir.

The Webmail work fine, soo..??

Waiting for a Fix or a new Update..!!
