I was curious, has anybody attempted to install and configure eZ Publish (http://developer.ez.no/article/static/7/) with e-smith?

Hello

I have researched ezPublish. It is running on a modified SUSE 7.0-Machine.
I have given up to install it on my e-smith system because of the significant modifications which are needed in order to get it running (PHP with DOM and so far).
The problem of ezPublish is, that it is nearly impossible to get it running in a standard-system such as SUSE or RedHat. You have to compile at least PHP with the special features documented in the installation guide of ezPublish.

why not use phpnuke (www.phpnuke.org)? It rockz on e-smith.
