I know sytemreq is 16 mb. and 3200 Mb hdd.
I got :
k6-200
16 MB
2,1 Gb hdd..
Started the download already.. (will take about 15 hours !!!) should i abort or give it a try ??
I'm only thinking of using it as a proxy and a gateway. not as an ftp, web and samba server ..
I got this realy small baby size motherboard and can't add any ram :( ...

More RAM will definitely help, but it's not needed. A 2.1 GB HDD is plenty--the e-smith software itself only takes up a few hundred megs (my machine has 400 MB used, and I've added a lot of stuff to it), so the remaining "required" space would be storage for whatever ibays, etc. you wanted to set up.

I have one e-smith box running on a 500mb HD. All it does is act as a shoutcast server so it doesnt need anymore.
