Does e-smith supports 1GHz LAN Card?  If yes which one?

Don't you mean 1 Gigabit.

Anyways, yeah e-smith will support the Netgear GA620.

Also it will support the Alteon series of 1gbit nics.

Check out this link for a complete list.

Thank You.  Have you had a chance to actually use them and know that they work

No I haven't tested any 1 Gbit NICS with e-smith.

But I am 99.99% sure they will work, as e-smith is based on the REDHAT distro.  and I do know that it works with RH.

I have tried the Intel Copper gigabit, and while it worked in RH7.1, it did not work in e-smith 4.1.2.  I believe it to be a module problem, but until the unit in question comes offline (it is currently being used in a video production setup) I cant re-test it.

I am also preparing to test another gigabit card (the model name escapes me right now) with e-smith.  If it works, I'll let you know.

I received yesterday the GA-620T and try it on e-smith 4.1.2 and it does not work.

Do you have any  way to make it work
