Title: Extract esmithsg.bak?

Is it possible to extract a single file from esmithsg.bak? I don't want to overwrite all my other data or have a downtime...

The backup file is a uuencoded tar file. Grad a free copy of WinZip if you don't have it. Rename the file with a .uue extension and decode it. You should have a .tar file. Open the tar file and you should see all of the files, which you can extract one by one.
