Title: Webmail send

I have more information on my inability to send e-mail via webmail. All the messages are sitting in the "/mail/sent-mail/cur" and mail/sent-mail/new directories. What triggers them to be sent?

Nothing triggers those to be sent; they're your "sent-mail" folder.  The messages the system is (or should be) trying to send are going to be located somewhere else on the system (don't know where, unfortunately).
