If you had a choice of picking which is the most secure way to access an esmith server remotely for admin purposes, which would be best, MS vpn pptp, or SSH set to public access, or the webconsole SSH in an ibay contributed How-to?

I can't say which is more secure, but I find that ssh is by far the most convenient and least hassle. It is faster than a vpn, and if you're only doing admin on the e-smith system the vpn is overkill.
