Title: Internet access restriction by user

How can I define rules for internet access?
I want to restrict access to external network to a limited set of users.

0ne of the users (Tim) has submitted a HOWTO for this topic you can find it here.
http://linux.made-to-order.net/article.php&mode=thread&order=0 but you have to set the clients browsers to use squid for this to work.
