We are using Esmith 4.1.2 and need vacation messaging for our users.  Help!

There is an rpm for this function, you can find it here http://www.e-smith.org/contrib/rpm-index/RPM_by_contrib_last-Raay.html but I can't seem to find any HOWTO for this. I downloaded and installed both RPM's but nothing showed up in the e-smith manager.
