Title: FTP automatic message.

When you log onto some FTP sites, there is a message that is automatically displayed, stating that 35 of 50 users are currently online and that all accesses are logged.

Can someone tell me where an automatic message like that would go and what it should be called?

I'd like to add something like that to my ES box.
