I currently use my e-smith server simply as a web server and as my mail server (www.handi-krafts.com). I have incoming mail working just fine (even got web mail going) but for my outgoing mail I am using my ISP's smtp server. For some reason I am having a brain fart and can't seem to get my outgoing mail to use my e-smith box.
Can anyone offer a direction to turn.
TIA
Joe

Have you correctly pointed your smtp server with your mail and comunication software?.
the name of smtp server is mail.e-smith.yourdomain.xxx (it works ok for me)
is your pop server working ok? (you could check internally betwen to clients in the local network)
the pop server ip number should be declared to let the internet reach it, but the smtp could reach the internet by any ip connection
