Title: SquirrelMail
Post by: Jon on August 16, 2001, 02:41:13 AM
I just installed e-smith-squirrelmail-0.1-2.src.rpm and everything seemed to be install fine, I used the perl file to configure it but I can not access SquirrelMail.
I've read the instructions and it says to go to : www.domain.com/squirrelmail
I have tried to find that /squirrelmail directory in my domain but it does not exist.

I am new to e-smith and linux in general, any help would be greatly appreciated.
thank you,
Jon

Hi Jon,

Try http://www.yourdomain.com/e-smith-squirrelmail/

Also try restarting httpd (web/http server) with "/etc/init.d/httpd restart"

The cause of your problem looks to be that you installed the source rpm (hence src.rpm) and not the binary.  Go back to the contrib section and download the binary and try again.
