Title: Closing FTP and SMTP ports
Post by: Case on September 01, 2001, 09:15:03 AM
How do you close the FTP and SMTP ports on the external interface ? I'd like to keep these services for the internal LAN but not visible to the internet.

Also, where does ESSG keep it's IPCHAINS config files ?

TIA

I'm looking for similar info.  All the ipchains stuff is in /etc/rc.d/init.d/masq.  However, this file is built automatically at config time from stuff found in the templates directory.
