Title: Mail attachment size limit?

Does anybody know how to limit the allowed size of an email attachment inbount/outbound in an E-Smith 4.1.2?

I've tried to follow the suggestion at
http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=9851.msg37348#msg37348

but for some reason it doesn't work.

(I even used this before on older releases, and it has worked before...)

Any other suggestion on how to limit the size?
