Title: Altering login page of webmail

Is there any way to edit this page, spruce it up a little maybe?  Where can I access the code?  Is it HTML?  How would I go about this?

If you have 4.1B2 you can find the base of the files at /home/httpd/html/horde otherwise look in /home/e-smith/files/primary/html/horde.  The pages are written in PHP which is a server-side, cross-platform, HTML embedded scripting language. If you are completely new to PHP and want to get some idea of how it works, have a look at the Introductory Tutorial (http://www.php3.org/tut.php).
