Title: How to modify IPCHAINS input rules?

I have a requirement to allow the NIS time protocol reuests from a Netware server host on the LAN through the firewall on port 13 (as per Daytime Protocol (RFC-867)) - the request gets out, but the replies are being blocked - can anyone tell me how to update the firewall rules to allow this, please?
