Title: How can i install from HD?

When i boot the floppy I can see it is possible to install with source on Harddisk. But how should my Harddisk configuration be, if the installation should proceed succesfully?

I know that the setup will try to delete any existing data on the harddisk so my question is where the .ISO should be unpacked?
