Title: ftp access to ibay
Post by: Greg Zartman on October 08, 2001, 10:13:43 PM
How would one go about accessing an ibay via ftp from a terminal?  I can see it's done from a web browser, but not from the command prompt.

Thank you.

Greg

From the command prompt, you can do it one of two ways.
The first is:
~thump

and the second is:
cd /home/e-smith/files/ibays/thump/files

Where 'thump' is the name of your ibay.

Regards,
Luke

~thump  does  returns an error msg, as it is a reference to a home dir , not a command.

did you mead  cd ~thump ?
