Title: backup now howto/script
Post by: David on October 08, 2001, 10:56:17 PM
I was reading through this howto and was wondering exactly what it
does, and how it's different than the current sme bkup.

does it tar up your data, if so where does it store it...etc

It adds a "backup now" button to the web-based admin menu so that you can perform a backup on demand instead of waiting for the scheduled backup.

It's designed to work with the flexbackup function which is usually to a tape drive unless you've changed it using the  "How to backup to disk using flexbackup"  how-to

you can download an rpm from http://www.myezserver.com/downloads/mitel/
