Hi All,
I have e-smith 4.1.2 on a DSL connection and can connect OK.
However, although I can access the e-smith-manager page, I am not able to use the configuration setups in e-smith-manager.
For example, when I click on any of the Security settings I get www.e-smith.com and then am redirected to www.mitel.com. In addition, most of the e-smith pages come up blank, the exception being backup.
I tried setting the gateway to xxx.xxx.xxx.254 and I get access.
I also tried setting the gateway to xxx.xxx.xxx.24 and I get access.
eth1 xxx.xxx.xxx.24
eth0 192.168.1.1
I am able to access the internet from a Linux box in the private network.
I am able to configure e-smith from the console by using lynx.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I have not set up DSL before so there may be something obvious I am missing.
I am using a Fujitus Speedport DSL device.
I have been using e-smith on dialup for quite a while and it is terrific.
Thanks to all,
Paul
