Title: Chilisoft ASP page gets overwritten
Post by: DJ_Ramjet99 on October 10, 2001, 09:23:30 AM
Hi,

I installed demo Chilisoft 3.0.6 on e-smith 4.1.2 and appeared to be running fine (all diagnostics OK) until I rebooted machine. Then the default e-smith web-page came up instead of the Chilisoft one.

I suspect that there is a setting somewhere dictating the location of the start page or something like that, perhaps in an rc file or an init file or even an e-smith template. As Chili running over e-smith would be too cool (I was able to access the e-smith-manager by going http://server:980) other than the FP2000 security probs, does anyone know how to resolve this ?

Cheers for your assitance,

Further investigation

/etc/e-smith/templates/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf lokos like it contains the neccessary info, particularly 50DocRoot and 80Aliases, will play with these and see what happens
