Hi,

at the win2k command prompt window type:

net time /setsntp:(your e-smith hostname or ip here without brackets of course)

then go to control panel, administrative tools, services and change the "windows time" service to start automatically, and start it. your workstation should instantly synchronize to the e-smith server.

Done and done!

Here's a link to MSDN. The article is called "Keeping Time with Win2k" and explains the use and configuration on Windows Time Service on Win2k

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnw2kmag01/html/TimeWin2K.asp

Enjoy
