Title: Can't receive mail with SME mailserver

This is the situation:

I'am using SME server to host a website and catching e-mail. I'm using the name servers from my ISP and the ISP is pointing al traffic to my IP-number. I'm always on with my ADSL-modem. The problem is that I receive from quit a lot of people e-mail and also from a lot I cannot receive the mail. For exemple I receive e-mail from the e-smith domain. But people using the ISP Tiscali can't sent me mail. What can be wrong?
