Title: Limit internet access duration by account

this is something I want to do and don't know how to go about it, so I'd like to know if a module or a how-to is available to limit access to the internet via an eSmith server by duration per account.

For example: person1 can access the internet for 1 hour per day, person 2 can access the internet for 3 hours, while person 3 has an unlimited access to the internet through the server.

Is this something that can be done?
