Title: hylafax startup
Post by: steve on November 06, 2001, 01:34:22 AM
Hi,

I have managed to install hylafax and can get it to answer faxes when i start from command line.

hylafax start
faxmodem ttyS0
faxgetty ttyS0

i have to kill faxgetty as its suppose to run in the background

Can anyone tell me how, what and where to modify to make hylafax start automatically at boot

PS if anyone wants all the rpm's needed in a zip drop me an email

Your supposed to launch faxgetty from inittab. The hylafax doco tells you howto set all this up, try having another look through it for the linux specific info...
