Hi all,
I succeeded in installing htdig (www.htdig.org) on e-smith 4.0 but now want to do that on a 4.12 server. However, the htdig rpm says it needs libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.2? I cannot find that rpm anywhere. I can find libstdc++ but that is not the same I think.
Who can help?

Try this, it includes a newer module
http://www.rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/redhat/7.1/i386/libstdc++-2.96-81.i386.html
Provides
libstdc++
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3
hope this helps

Thanks a lot. I resolved it differently, but not entirely to my satisfaction, because the htdig I use now has a security hole in it. However, I use a password, so not really a problem.
I went to ftp.redhat.nl and downloaded htdig and webhtdig there for redhat 7.1 and that worked. You have to replcase the files in /var/www/ to your files in an ibay for instance. And configure the etc/htdig.conf in two places. Then it works.
