Title: phpmyadmin info not in httpd.conf
Post by: John Lewis on November 17, 2001, 05:35:34 AM
Running SME 5.02

I've installed the dmc-mitel-phpmyadmin-2.2.1.noarch.rpm

I've edited the /opt/administration/phpmyadmin file with the root password

I now can't get to the phpmyadmin page when I've been able to in the past.

I've tried the following

http://192.168.1.1/phpMyAdmin
http://gluon/phpMyAdmin
http://192.168.1.1:980/phpMyAdmin
http://gluon:980/phpMyAdmin

None of which work.

So I looked in the /etc/httpd/conf/http.conf, where I saw no reference to phpmyadmin or /opt/administration/phpMyAdmin

So...

How could have the httpd.conf information for it have been erased?  Am I looking in the right place?  What am I missing?

Thanks.

Why not only downloading phpMyAdmin from www.phpwizard.net, unpacking and copying to the primary website folder? Why RPM?
