which file(s) must be edit to change the qmail smtp-port?

Why would you do that?  Obtuse is actually talking to the outside world.

well, what if your isp blocks 25? mine does that. I wan tto be able to sent mail to my own private box

What I meant is that qmail is not actually talking to the outside world, but Obtuse does this. So it won't do any good to change the port of qmail. Instead the port Obtuse is listening should be changed.
