Does anybody knows why I'm receiving via E-mail this erros msg:?
And what do I have to do to fix it.

error: bad line 5 in state file /var/lib/logrotate.status

Also

Can anybody tell me where are the users passwords stored?

Perhaps you haven't applied the 4.0.1 update.
