Title: Setting Internet use schedule

We want to setup a Internet use schedule...

It means:

from 8-11am no-one can access the Internet,
from 11:01 to 13:00 everybody can access only local newspapers sites
(a list I can provide of course)
... etc...

Is there plugin I can attach to Squid?

using either squidguard or dansguardian
see the contrib howto's
one way is to have two custom squid.conf files and rotate them via cron at the time changeover, it won't be easy
