Maybe i'm stupid..

But i can't find i guide how i setup diffrents users with own pop3
Is it so hard ?!?

Guide me?!

A little clarification first.

Are you trying to collect mail for your users from different POP3 accounts (possibly from different ISPs) for some or all of your users ? If so, SME does not allow you to do this out of the box. You can install an add on to do this.
